We ship all over the world. To offer you the best service and ensure fast delivery all over the world, we ship with TNT and DHL. Shipping rates vary according to the type of shipment, to the destination (see table below) and your rate will be calculated automatically at the time of payment.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (orders accepted before 12:00 CET will ship the same day). Estimated delivery times are for reference only and will run from the date of shipment; we are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination customs clearance processes.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 working days from the delivery date to send an e-mail to info@oonconventional.it and obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Orders returned without a valid RA # may be delayed in processing and a refund may not be approved. If your return is approved, you can proceed with the return of the package. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns for our customers except for items that have defects.

All merchandise must be returned unworn and in new condition with the original tag attached to receive a full refund.
Oonconventional reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control requirements.

Refunds are issued only after the goods have passed our quality control. Refunds are automatically processed in the original form of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
